We believe that the objects we live with should be made to last.

Every Form + Fibre piece is designed for everyday use, and with a little care, we hope it will remain part of your life for years to come. Natural materials develop character over time, and we see this as part of their story rather than something to hide.

Where possible, we're committed to repairing our products before replacing them. From mending a favourite bag to replacing worn components or restoring a well-loved homeware piece, we'll always do our best to extend the life of the things we make. While not every repair is possible, we'll assess each item individually and offer the most appropriate solution.

If your product has been damaged, needs attention or simply deserves a little care, we'd love to hear from you. Send us a few photographs and a brief description of the issue, and we'll let you know what can be done.

Looking after your products

Thoughtful care helps every piece last longer. We recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase, storing products in a dry place when not in use, and treating marks or spills as soon as possible. Ceramics should be handled with care to avoid knocks and chips, while textile products will benefit from occasional gentle cleaning according to their care label.

Designing products with a long life in mind is one of the most meaningful ways we can reduce waste. We believe that repairing, caring for and continuing to use the things we already own is a simple but important part of that.
